Hailing from the Veneto region in Italy, this beautiful wine has come to life after 2 years collaboration between Lindauer's wonderful winemaker Jane De Witt and the talents of Zonin, an Italian family steeped in the Prosecco winemaking tradition now famous across the globe. Lindauer Prosecco DOC is a vibrant extra dry sparkling wine. Fresh and expressively Italian, enjoy the beautiful Jasmine aromas tinged with vanilla and apple. The creamy palate has hints of honey and ripe citrus, finished with delicate, refreshing acidity. Salute!

Pale pink coralish color, expressive nose with fresh red fruits and yellow fruits (peach) and a citrus touch. The aromatic palate has a beautiful red fruits and citrus expression and ends on a supple and greedy note.

The wine is a clear, bright ruby colour. A complex array of high toned red fruit aromas, ripe cherry, raspberry, cranberry with lifted floral notes, undertones of fine spice, savoury herb and quality oak Juicy, youthful and vibrant fruit driven palate. Super smooth and supple with delicate and fine fruity tannins complimenting a balanced spine of acidity. Pure cherry flavours with some sweet oak notes evident on the finish. The nose is packed with an abundance of citrus and stone fruit, together with the tropical aromas of pineapple and guava. Interspersed also with floral notes reminiscent of honeysuckle and jasmine.
